iTero digital scanners replace messy impressions with crystal-clear 3D models. Faster, more accurate, far more comfortable.
Mesa Dental is a Summerlin practice built on a simple promise: a calm, unhurried environment, no pushed-in treatments, and care that considers your whole body, not just your teeth.
At Mesa Dental, we strive to provide our patients with a safe, comfortable environment where they aren’t being pushed into costly, unnecessary treatments. With a focus on quality preventive care and whole-body health, we aren’t your typical dentistry.
We’ll take the time to get to know you and your needs and guide you toward a lifetime of healthy smiles, at the pace that’s right for you.

Streaming TVs, noise-cancelling headphones, neck pillows, blankets, eye pillows, and warm lavender towels. Comfort isn’t an upsell, it’s standard.
Coffee, tea, sparkling water, the works. Unhurried visits start with someone offering you a drink, not a clipboard.
Dr. Emily Browner — a Las Vegas native, founder of Mesa Dental. She earned her B.S. in Health Ecology from the University of Nevada Reno and her DMD at UNLV School of Dental Medicine. Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry & the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology. Her case work spans veneers, Invisalign, and whole-health dentistry.
Dr. R.J. Guideng — an AAID-credentialed implantologist through the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He brings specialized surgical expertise to single-tooth implants, All-on-X full arch restorations, and bone grafting.
Most cosmetic offices refer surgical work out. At Mesa, both phases of your treatment happen under one roof, planned by the same team from day one.
We donate our time and services to Remote Area Medical — providing free dental care for veterans in need — and partner with Team Smile, an organization that works with professional sports teams to give underserved children the gift of a healthy smile.
